1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is defective

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (images/videos) must be provided

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Delay due to courier issues

6. Replacement

We may offer replacement instead of refund where applicable.
